Good areas in Chelmsford close to KEGS

Hi, we are planning to move to Chelmsford and would like to know good residential areas with less than 20 mins bus commute time to King Edward Grammar School (KEGS), Broomfield Road. I heard Broomfield & Springfield are the 2 areas which have short public transport to KEGS. Are there any other areas like this ? Please share your opinion. Thanks
