We have been going to Stars/Garden house Nursery for three years now. Regrettably DD got accidents so often and we have a dispute on her deeply injuries ear. As a result of failed complaint, we got excluded.
It is very disappointed and struggling. We live on the road, it has a very convenient location, As DD’s key person is very nice. Although communication with management has been bad always, we still stayed there until got kicked out. All the nice memories with the carers and practitioners!
However, since the ofsted report last December, one child escaped from the garden, and their negligence on children behaviour improvements we decided not to tolerate with unacceptable exclusion threat and legal action threat. Don’t want to focus on all those anymore. So, now we will move on.
Could you please advice any good nurseries around which will soon have places available?
We want to make sure safeguarding is great and DD will enjoy her time in the following months until September.
