YES!!!
Go to the Comely Bank Clinic:

(1st floor) Comely Bank Clinic, corner of Addison and Ravenswood Road E17 (Walthamstow Village)
On the noticeboard is the number of la leche bf support.

Their representative came to my house when I was struggling, (embarrassedly) with dd after a perfect bf experience with older ds. She literally sat with me, repositioning, and helping to hold dd while I attempted new positions. They have a drop in cafe as well, I think near Bakers Arms.
Can't recommend them highly enough, so kind, go tomorrow!!

I realise this is a late reply, however, if somebody needs help: I recommend the group opposite Baker Arms Tesco (There is a doorway after pizza place with Community Place written on it). The supporter is called Jo Naylor and she is the midwife who works on wards...

There's a fabulous breastfeeding counsellor called Kate...she lives in the St James St area so if you're anywhere near there I highly recommend contacting her (not sure how!). She runs a clinic at Sybourn centre - think it might be on a Friday. She made the difference between me giving up on bfing at 7 days and continuing for 14 months . She's brilliant.
