Came as a bit of a shock to us to discover they promoted intelligent design as fact to the children when we went there today (we had no indication of this from the leaflet).

THe posters up everywhere didn't bother me too much, because they were aimed at adults rather than children. BUt we didn't see them till after the talk about adn meeting animals we went to, for children, where intelligent design was brought up by the speaker (at a reasonably simple level) and presented as fact to the children.

The place is fantastic generally, and well worth the money, but I thought I'd share this as I wouldn't have wanted to take older children along (mine's only 3yo an dit went completely over his head) to the talk, if I had known.

Don't know whether it was specifically a talk on for half term, but if you are going I'd be aware of the views they are promoting.

Personally I'd go again, but avoid the talks (which were too long for the little ones anyway).

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm is great. Wonderful concept.

It's a lovely place, and I would go again.

However I don't agree with these ideas being presented as fact to children, without the parents knowledge.
