A house could be built on the water garden, Colebrook Street

I noticed a planning application has been submitted to build a house on the water garden, I think it would be such a shame for this to go ahead.

Have you opposed it on planning website? Please do and tell everyone you know that they can do so too. There must be thousands of people who love it, not just Winchester residents but the many visitors who come here. I'm so cross about this. It's a local amenity in a conservation area within the vicinity of so many Grade 1 buildings I couldn't count them. Hopefully planning won't be granted.

Is this the same one that the council have already rejected the application for?
