Can anyone please be able to share experience of living in or nearby Charles Church Kingsbury Gardens/ Taylor Wimpey Oaklands Grange new development near Beaumont School. Any pros/cons of living in these new built houses near to schools.

I’ve just seen this thread. For anyone currently looking, your main issue is going to be getting a primary school place. The surrounding schools are outstanding and have tiny catchments. A friend tried to get Oakwood for September and lives 600m away, it was too far. The builders won’t tell you this.

You have the answer if your friend who lives 600m away did not get into Oakwood then there is no way you will get if you live in the new developments around here.

Fact:- But I know if so many neighbours and most of their kids go to Oakwood who has started living here. If oakwood does not take your child they will miss out.

Check the Google review for Oakland’s grange.
But for Charles church development… you will definitely go into Beaumont even if your child does not want to go there
