Opinion on Littleport as a place to live?

We're looking for a base for commuting into London but also within an hour's drive to parents in Norfolk. Littleport seems to tick boxes in terms of commute time and property prices but I wondered if anyone has a view on what the place is actually like to live? Thanks

I don’t know Littleport very well myself but when my dad was a policeman in Ely he always said all the trouble was Littleport way....that was 7/8 years ago now, so it may have changed!
Hopefully someone that lives there or knows it well can help!
I lived in Sutton and Haddenham for a few years (not too far from Littleport) and both are lovely villages.
