I am a product designer for Action for Children (national children charity).
We have just started a project looking into how a digital product or service could help parents access the support and advice they need.
It’s early days in the project so we are not sure what this digital product or service could be. It could be a help chatline, an online support group or even an interactive app. Doing some discovery research will give us a better idea of what this might be.
During this research, we want to find out what parents need, what their children need and how a digital product or service could help. We would love to speak to as many parents as possible to get an insight into what would be useful for them and their children.
I would highly appreciate any parents who are willing to give up some of their time to speak to me. This would be extremely insightful and useful to the project! 😍
