baby massage course / Mother and baby or father and baby groups

I have a week or so to go yet before PFB is here but thought that I'd see if there are any recommendations for meet ups or baby massage course in the area. I'm on the Northern line, so London Brigde to Clapham is probably Ok for me.

DS and I go to a yoga session in Brockwell park. They do pre and post-natal sessions. I think there is a baby massage thing there too. I'll look in to it. The post natal is very good for tummies and pelvic floors - so i'm told. I just enjoy the relaxation bit!

Lambeth run a bunch of One O'Clock Clubs in various parks.

I'll get back with any more info.

Just spotted the end of your message!

There's a Dads group at the One O'clock Club in Brockwell Park on Saturdays - 11-2. just a chance to meet other dads, have a coffee and let the little ones play. oh, and mum can have a lie-in!

I'm a home-dad and always happy to meet up with anyone. I'm based in Herne Hill, but we do like an adventure.

I know that Lambeth have recently appointed a Fathers Coordinator and I'll get back to you when I learn more of his plans.

The One O'Clock club in Brockwell Park appears to be closed for the week - doing a refurb I believe.

I'll update when it opens.
