I'm thinking of having laser hair removal or IPL. All the advice online seems to be that how effective it is, and whether it causes scarring, depends a lot on how good the practitioner and machine are, so I wondered whether anyone has had a good experience locally of either of these methods? I don't know whether to go for laser or IPL - would anyone recommend one or the other? Thank you!!
