Is anyone free on friday 20th July to meet in Caversham (and surrounding villages) or Reading?

hi everyone. so we're all up for meeting on 20th? sandy park would be great - 15 mins from me. I can do any time. if the weather's bad we could go to Costa in Caversham (if that's good for everyone).

I have one daughter, just turned 3 and... already a teenager! I'm really looking forward to meeting local mums.

So where is the meet up then as i'm going to come. Where is sandy park?

mammamic · 16/07/2007 05:39

HI F1nut - i'm at the end of gosbrook before the amersham road estate. we can go morning or afternoon. if i go morning, we'll probably be there around 11am and i'll take picnic (well - a few sandwiches and a drink!!). if pm - probably around 1:30 as dd still has a nap sometimes. She's 3 - how old are yours (to everyone!)

Deekay - sandy park - meant the childrens' paddling pool and sandpit play area on the river between reading and caversham bridges

Hi everyone

Looks like it's gonna rain friday

We'll be at the park after one sometime and if it's raining, we'll probably be at Costa Coffee in Caversham unless anyone has a suggestion for meet up if raining

OP posts:
f1nut · 19/07/2007 08:01

morning, well theres always hope, i was told it would rain yesterday and we had a lovley afternoon, miss defo giv costa a miss, as mine are older they find that place quite boring.

f1nut · 19/07/2007 08:02

that meant to say definatly give costa a miss cant spell/ type

mammamic · 19/07/2007 10:58

Hi Shell

sorry - i've forgotten how old your are. the other things we could do are Toddler Bounce at Rivermead (again, depending on age of yours) or Krazy Kidz. they're the only places i can think of without having to go too far.

any suggestions??

Or the Mad House which is cheaper and has more comfy seating
