Hi - we are soon due to spend a week in West Dorset on holiday and DH has broken his ankle and is non-weight bearing for a few weeks. He can manage short spells on crutches, but for any sort of distance will need a wheelchair (which we have borrowed from the wonderful Red Cross). Any suggestions as to places to visit/activities that might be accessible please?
We originally planned to walk and visit the beaches, but now need to rethink our activities. DC are 11 and 8. We have visited Dorset numerous times, but usually just walk out in the countryside.
