Mazzard Farm’s uber-family friendly holiday cottages provide wonderful accommodation for individuals and groups of up to 24 people. Surrounded by 17 acres of our own woodland, orchard, gardens and play areas, you will find Mazzard Farm a haven of peace and tranquillity, allowing you to relax and unwind. Whether you just want to relax, exert yourself, get together with friends or family, are looking for a great place for the children to play and roam around safely, or just need a base to explore beautiful East Devon, Mazzard Farm has it all.
All our cottages are furnished to a high standard of comfort and style, with good quality beds (see our reviews!), kitchens and bathrooms as standard. Each cottage has a wood burning stove, flat screen TV (incl. all Freeview channels), DVD player and HiFi set. Some cottages are equipped with a dishwasher, and Medlar and Pippin Cottages have under-floor heating at ground level. ( Bramley cottage has a coal-effect heater)
To make life easy for families staying at Mazzard Farm, we offer all possible baby & toddler equipment needed, free of charge. The farm offers three play areas, indoor and outdoor toys, a football pitch, various animals, and we have our own orchard and woodland.
Given the high level of comfort each of the cottages provides, and the facilities both on-site and in the area, Mazzard Farm is a great all-year-round holiday destination (remember the wood burners!). We are open all year.
