Story Starters - volunteers needed to help early years children become ready to read

Story Starters is a new charity programme that gives children aged 3-5 the language and communication skills they need to start school ready to learn and all set to reach for the stars. We are looking for volunteers to become Story Starters and help local nursery children become ready to read.

I filled in a form to volunteer for this 2 weeks ago and have had absolutely no response at all not even an email acknowledgement. Can they be serious about wanting volunteers?
