Is Dunton Green (Sevenoaks) a good area to buy?

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone local will see this. Is Dunton Green a nice place to live? Is it safe ? I saw a couple of lovely properties there - wondering why its cheaper than Sevenoaks? Are there any rough areas nearby?

I don't know about Dunton Green but Kemsing is lovely! (not biased at all!)

The trains are better from Sevenoaks and you have better amenities there. And truthfully, it is generally considered smarter too.

Of course it's safe. It's hardly Stonebridge.

It's cheaper because it's not Sevenoaks itself. But you've still got good access to prep schools in the area, good grammar schools, access to M25.

Personally I find Sevenoaks a bit small, very nouveau riche and no sushi restaurants.
