Family friendly bike rides - North York Moors or Yorkshire dales

Hi
We are having a few nights en route up to Scotland and would love to do some bike rides . We have 2 boys age 5 and 7 - we have managed 10k before ( although it was all totally flat ) and are looking for some scenic , easy routes without traffic if possible . We are happy with either dales or the moors .

Hi Queenie, I've heard that Dalby Forest is good - lots of different routes to suit your level.

It’s more Lancashire but gisburn forrest is lovely. Good walks and bike trails
