Holiday in Croyde - recommendations of places to visit etc

We're going on holiday to Croyde in a fortnight and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for good days out and places to visit etc? If the weather's fab I imagine we'll be on the beach most days but if its a bit gloomy it'd be good to have a few ideas about where to go!

Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur park, Watermouth Castle, The Big Sheep, Milky Way Adventure Park, Quince Honey Farm, Ilfracombe Aquarium, Ilfracombe Museum, Barnstaple Museum, Lynton & Barnstaple Railway, Lundy Island, Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, Clovelly, Dartington Crystal, Cobbaton Combat Collection, RSH Garden Rosemoor, Westward Ho! all within an hour of Croyde.

I have been to many places TandF recommends and loved Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur park, The Big Sheep, Milky Way Adventure Park, and Westward Ho!
