Hi - I'm a single mum to a lovely 1 year old girl (still not quite sleeping through!) and wondered if there was anyone else out there in a similar position in Colchester that would want to buddy up and rent a lovely 4 bed house?
I live in a 2 bed house for £700 a month and for just under double that, there are some amazing houses out there! I can't just ask for a lodger as I can't afford the whole rent of a circa £1300 property on my own, and not many couples or individuals would want to rent with a toddler!!
