Need advice on areas to live along M40 e.g. Bicester/Didcot/Berinsford

Hi,
We are looking for a 3 bed with good sized living area for £325 000 or less. What are good areas to live in Bicester or Didcot? Is Berinsfield ok (or is it cheaper for a reason)?

What else are you looking for locally or is it just M40 access?
(NB Didcot is not near M40 - if A34 will do then you have many more options eg Abingdon, Kidlington)
There are some good non-new-build houses near Bicester North, or to the west of the centre. I'm not a huge fan of Didcot myself but it is handy for the London trains.
