cheap hall hire for a family gathering in altrincham

im looking for a gall for around 50 people in altrincham or sale area for 4 hours with price around £50 or £60 where outside catering is allowed.any recommemdations?

Sale masonic hall is a big hall... but don't think you can use own caterers.
Ashton on Mersey cricket club is a big room and lovely outside area. Great kitchen and you can use own caterers
