Child friendly places to eat near the port

Hi Everyone, we live in Leeds but are coming to Plymouth to catch the ferry to Brittany in June. We have 2 1/2 year old twins so are looking for somewhere nearby ish to the port with a car park to eat & let them burn off a bit of energy before we get on the night ferry. A pub with a soft play would be fab. We are breaking the journey on the way down from Leeds & staying with family in oxford so its not such a long drive & the kids won't be too bored

Thanks in advance

If the weather is nice I would say park along the Hoe and run around up there. There are a few cafes along the Hoe or more in the Barbican (which is the opposite end to the Hoe than the ferry port).
