Single mum, no friends or child care. Stockton area

I'm a single mum from stockton area, I've been feeling so depressed. I'm very isolated no friends or child care as my daughters father hardly sees her and I'm very lonely. Was wondering if there's anyone local in a similar situation. :(

Not local but been there today!

Are there no mum and baby groups, check local website and look under families information services, there might be something you can attend depending on age of your DC.

Also what about doing a college course and seeing if childcare is available.

In my experience friends don't seek you out and come knocking at your door so the easiest way is to make the first move and go searching for them. Good luck.

I am moving to Billingham in July. My partner works away so I'm alone with my little boy (11mo) a lot, and I don't know anyone in the area. I am also very isolated and suffer with PND.
