Happy New Year to all😍 I am moving to Bristol with my two children, 4 and 6. I have a query about schools..... it would be very helpful if someone could fill me in on one detail regarding school admissions:

what proof of residence does the council ask for when they check your application? I know a lot of schools are wait listed and I want to be covered......

Thank you all in advance! Xx

Tenancy agreement if you are renting or copy of contract after exchange if buying a property.
Further details about applying for schools will be on the relevant Council website.
BUT not all areas of Bristol / Bristol postcodes will be Bristol city council. Some will be South Gloucestershire and others may be BANES (Bath and North East Somerset) or North Somerset.
