Great North Wood walk
Honor Oak Park to Crystal Palace
Saturday 20th August
12:00-15:00

Tomorrow lunchtime we’re holding our 5th annual Great North Wood walk! Please meet at 12noon at One Tree Hill on the church driveway off Honor Oak Park. We will be passing through Brenchley Gardens, Wood Vale (old boundary oak trees), Cox’s Walk, Sydenham Hill Wood, Dulwich Wood, Dulwich Upper Wood and Crystal Palace Park, finishing at Crystal Palace station. Please wear footwear suitable for a mixed terrain walk along woodland paths, steps and pavement, as well as drinking water and appropriate snacks. Every attendee is responsible for their own safety during the walk, so when crossing roads, of which there are several, one major, please follow the suggested crossings. There will be regular pauses along the way and a brief stop when entering Sydenham Hill Wood.

The walk is free and open to attend. This is a partnered walked led by London Wildlife Trust in association with the Friends of One Tree Hill and Southwark Council, plus the Dulwich Estate and The Conservation Volunteers in spirit. If you would like to support us as members please join London Wildlife Trust here, and support the Friends of One Tree Hill as a member by visiting the link:
