Family with a 19 month old boy looking for a nanny share share starting September/October, in or very near Hanwell W7. We're happy to join an existing share or to take the lead/jointly find a new nanny. We're quite flexible re: arrangements - just want to find another family looking for the same sorts of things as us! (calm consistent nannying, a good bit of getting out & about for activities). Our son is thriving in our current share and loves having company.
Also, if anyone else is reading, appreciate any tips for finding a family for a share in the right area :) We haven't moved there yet, which is making it more difficult, but weighing up whether to go ahead and find the right nanny and whether we can count on finding a share family later on.
