Hello everyone! My name is Anna and I am a final year student from Manchester Metropolitan University. At the moment I am writing my dissertation and conduction a research to critically evaluate customer satisfaction with low cost airlines in Europe. I am focusing on different travellers, however I am more interested to gather information from families with young children. I am researching if families with children had a good travel experience with low cost airlines, and what improvements could be made in order to increase their satisfaction.
