Moving house from Fulham to Fulham. Need a good removal company.

Hi all, I am due to move house next month from Fulham to somewhere local and am looking for a good removal company. I will do the packing myself to keep costs down and my husband and brother will help with the moving. We hope to find an affoedable but competent company that do nkt mind us helping. Any ideas please?
