Any mums in W9/W2/NW8 area with young kids?

Hi. I have 4 year old twins and have never made an effort to make local friends but it is my new years resolution to meet some mums nearby.

It seems everyone else made their friends when their babies were tiny so I'm sure there are lots of you out there and I've missed out! Anybody want to add to their gang?!
