Come and join me for a Mother and Baby yoga class on 28th December at the Shala, West Norwood. Enjoy a good stretch, relaxation. time with your babies, and a cup of tea and mince pie. We will be raising money for the the children that have become refugees and are suffering greatly in this world. Class is at 11.15 to 12.30.. I look forward to seeing you.
