Try the ninja shop near North Laine, they do classes .

Brighton Judo Club is the only place I know that does Judo - other places may do other martial arts.
It has classes on Tues and Fri for kids. It's based in Kemp Town, in Dorset Gardens, just off St James' St. Friendly club, makes judo fun for the little ones. Parking can be a pain, but you can park in the Morrisons car park and do a quick top up shop while you're there! HTH
