HI, We are moving to Gloucesterhire with our 3 year old and 9 month old and are moving into rented for a while to get to know the area. Unfortunately we will have to register for schools while we are in rented. We have a huge search area between Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Cirencester. At the moment I am looking at rented properties in Stroud, Cheltenham and Barnwood but I only have ofsted to go off and I don't think this necessarily paints a true picture.
I was wondering if anyone could offer warts and all opinions/gossip about the schools in this area. Are there any with particular strengths and weaknesses? any that are totally different to what ofsted says etc?
Basically we'll end up settling near where we rent so please help
