Can anyone help? (Personal recommendation of tradesmen in Manchester)

Living in Scotland but looking for some painting and general maintenance on our house in Chorlton.

We would really appreciate any recommendations for a good painter, joiner, floor sander and/or building contractor.

Search on Facebook for TG Decorators (Tony Green is his full name), he's very good value, super tidy, did extra bits and pieces without being asked and worked on a Saturday to be ready for the carpets (we used Carpeteria in Chorlton who sent out an independent fitter, was all fine).

The local facebook groups have lots of floor sander recommendations too.

Thanks everyone. Am heading down to Manchester on Friday and have lined up a couple of people. Will pop in to Carpeteria when we're there. As well as an obligatory stop at the Barbakan, obviously :)
