Need advice urgently on Coombe Vale proximity to Cambridge Estate

Hi, We have been looking at houses in Kingston. Is the area near Orme Road/Kenley Road/Arundel Road too close to the cambridge estate to be concerned?

We are not familiar with the area and honest open advice would be much appreciated! Info on anti-social elements, crime incidents, safety at night etc.

Its less than a 5 min drive from the cambridge estate and about a 15 min walk. That felt too close for comfort on the map - but people who live around there would know better.

Hi, I'd have thought you'd be fine there - I know people who live closer to the Cambridge estate than that and they have no problems.

Thanks for the info. Spoke to some others who live in that area and they said the same thing.
