Hi - just to let you know about FILMBOX Community Cinema based at Langley Park Centre for the Performing Arts off South Eden Park Road in Beckenham. A volunteer-run, not for profit, fortnightly community cinema, started by a local mum and run by local mums (and the occasional dad!). Two lovely NEW theatres with FREE parking and a friendly pre-film bar. Improve your social life, bring friends & partners and meet new friends - see our catch-ups, classics and World cinema - great films, #BETTERONTHEBIGSCREEN with a great audience! We'll be three years old in September 2015. No popcorn mess , clean loos and sensibly-priced bar - local ice creams & sorbets from Simply ice cream in Ashford, Kent. Principally for grown-ups but under-18s welcome for some films and we often do family-orientated films.
