Trafford Primary Admissions - who's had their confirmation of place letters?

Deadline for submitting proof of residence documents was 29th April. Have spoken to several parents who've received confirmation of place letters over past few days but we still haven't heard anything. Just looking to get an idea of whether many others are still waiting or are we in the minority? Starting to get a bit twitchy! Thanks.

I hand-delivered my Secondary school proof of address documents, and got the letter straight away the day after the offer letter arrived.
Could you phone the school?

Not had ours yet no. Doesn''t confirmation of place come from authority rather than school in which case there would be no point contacting school.

I was also panicking today so I phoned the council admissions line. They confirmed that they'd received and accepted all proof of address etc, so I'd be in the next wave of letters to be sent out.

She also said that they'd sent letters out to all those who'd not provided information.

You're probably fine, but could give them a call to put your mind at rest.

Thanks for replies. Yes, letter should come from LA so no point contacting school at this stage. Reassuring that you haven't heard anything yet either peacypops. We'll just have to wait patiently ??

Thanks for that curtains, I didn't see your post earlier. I'll wait till the end of the week and ring if I still haven't heard anything. I'm a bit of a flapper so just like things to be made 'official' and then I can relax a bit ??

I have emailed them to chase my letter too. Not saying that you have panicked me or anything!

Woo hoo! Confirmation letter has arrived. Hope anyone still waiting gets their's soon.

I had a reply to my email saying I will get my letter next week. Glad you got yours!
