My husband and I have been living in Brussels and are returning to the Hampshire area soon. We used to live in Southampton and Winchester so we know the areas, however our lives are significantly different from when we lived there before as we now have a daughter who will be 3 months old when we move back. I'd love any thoughts on where would be a good area to live with a baby? No further north than Winchester, commutable from Fawley, with easy access to the M3 to travel towards London.
We'd like to find an area is safe and family friendly, with nearby green space. We will have cars so can travel easily, but don't want to be completely cut off - we'd like an area with some local facilities that are walkable.
