I live in a lovely village in gateshead and sadly need to move within the newcastle council ward areas to be near better amenities for my autistic son. which are not available to me now. I'm looking to rent with a budget of £450.00 pcm so therefore cant afford Jesmond, Gosforth Heaton etc Is there any affordable nice safe areas in newcastle with great schools as I cant find any thanks very much
