Are you pregnant or a new mum and have sought support or help from a non-NHS support group in your area?

This could be a voluntary group or community support group for mothers and pregnant women.

If so, could you provide the name of the group only, that you attended?

My NCT group has been invaluable. The ante-natal sessions were great but it's the post-natal support from fellow class attendees that's helped me through the maze (and haze!) after having my baby.

The local children's centre and local church playgroups are also brilliant sources of support and information.

And do online forums count? Sites such as this, as well as facebook groups like toptips4mums have been great ways to get quick advice on specific issues, like breastfeeding.
