My husband and I are looking for a long term (2-3 years) private rental somewhere in South East London. Our ideal budget is £1100 to £1250 but could go slightly higher for the right property.
Ideally we would be on the Brockley / Honour Oak Park / Forest Hill line, or in Peckham, or in Lewisham / Lee / Hither Green.
We'd like a nearby station (less than 10 minutes), some amenities nearby (cute pubs and cafés), and a property which is up kept well. We have one cat who is thankfully not a scratcher or a sprayer, but he does like a garden or at least outside access!
We are really good tenants. We are super clean, considerate, and accommodating. We are both early-thirties working professionals- not big partiers though we occasionally have friends round for dinner, etc.
I like to garden so happy to upkeep any outdoor space- and maybe even enhance!
We are looking to move in April 1 or May 1... So let us know if you have anything!!
