I just wanted to post a recommendation for the Buggy Fit Classes that I go to. These are run by Anna Coe in the above locations and its a fab way to get out there, chat to other mums and feel good about yourself! Anna is herself a Mum to 4 children and specialises the exercises best to get your body back on track without putting you at risk of injury. She's fab and a real motivator, so even on the bleakest of days she brings some sunshine along with her and works around the weather conditions. I can't recommend this class enough, it really does make you feel good, whether you're a super fitness gym goer or complete novice!
