I'm moving to the area in the summer and want to rent for a year or 2, before buying, to give me time to see which areas I like and so on.
If anybody will be renting out their flat, or can recommend sites, local papers, or estate agents, to help with my search, please let me know.
I want to pay as little as possible on rent (don't we all?!) so a 1 bedroom would do for now. Will need parking and would prefer access to a garden.
Walking distance to Chalkwell/stations on that line preferred.
