Same-sex parent groups in Chester/Cheshire....anybody out there?!

Hello!
My partner and I are wondering whether anybody knows of any same-sex parent groups in the area? Or whether there are any same-sex parents who meet up to socialise with their children on a regular(ish) basis (and would welcome some new pals!)? We would like our daughters to meet up with families who share a similar structure to ours if possible.

Hello and welcome to the board and thanks for your post. I have not heard or come across any specific same-sex groups that you have mentioned you would like to find out about, but it does not mean to say they are not our there!

I can tweet and Facebook your request if that is OK with you and we might get some responses. Which area of Cheshire are you in as this helps get better responses.

Hi everyone! Sorry for the very late reply but for some reason this whole thread has only just shown up on my mumsnet feed!! Thanks for all the replies-there are a couple of threads on 'LGBT parent talk' on here with parents in the area (chester/liverpool/manchester). I am still really keen to meet up with the kids! I will also look up 'out 2 play!'- thanks! : )
