Just moved to Sevenoaks 33 and a half weeks pregnant and know no one

I have just moved in to Sevenoaks and I don't know anyone and wondered if anyone would like to meet up.
I'm 25yrs old and me and partner chose Sevenoaks due to the lovely area and all of the positive feedback about it, we were originally living in London City.

I know the feeling of being 'stranded' :). We moved with two kids (one being 2yr old, the other just 3mnths).
It's now three years later and we're def calling Sevenoaks a comfy home :). It's a lovely area and I've found many friends here (mostly at school and nursery).

Are you on facebook? If so seach for a group called Sevenoaks Mum's. It has about 3000 people on it and is a great way to meet people and also get advice and buy and sell things. Welcome to the area, it is a wonderful place to bring up children.

I came on to recommend Sevenoaks Mums Network on fb but see Florin has beaten me to it! It may take a while for admin to 'approve' you but it's well worth it. t only is it fab for details of baby groups, nurseries and days out but the recommendations for tradespeople has been invaluable! If you need a light fitted, new carpets or even your buggy steam-cleaned there is always someone who knows someone who can help. Welcome to the town, you'll find a lot of us have made the same move from London!
