Thinking about moving to M.K. but struggling with much of the cost of inner M.K. on rents, have been offered a fab new job in M.K. Could anyone help out with nice towns around M.K. that have good schools that are an easy commute into the centre (say, under half an hour), my DS is 5 and in Year 1,so hoping we can find a school that is Ofsted Good or Outstanding with a friendly feel to it. We are in Bicester at the moment and we're not a huge fan of the school my DS goes to as the families there are really unfriendly.
Hoping to live in a Village or small town, somewhere where there is a good sense of community and maybe not uber posh but not rough either.
Any suggestions would be fantastic!! We're a friendly family looking for an area that we can just get on with life in with nice neighbours
