Ladies, we are looking into relocating to Cheltenham and I need some on the ground advise, please.
- Looking at St. Mark’s area, around Brooklyn Rd - any good? or any other suggestions? Thinking of renting for a year to see how it goes. £800 for 2-3 bed house in ok area realistic?
- there are couple of nurseries in the vicinity the St. Mark’s area - Young Explorers Day Nursery, Puddles Nursery, The Gloucestershire College Day Nursery, Little Smarties, St Marks & Hesters Way - anybody have babes there? Positive negative reviews?
- How is the traffic in the morning if decide to go for further away nursery?
- Is £40 day charge - a normal price for the area?
- Babysitting - what is the price range for the area?
- How is the job market and pay? I'm in marketing at the mo, but ok to swap for admin, pa, customer service etc. Are the part timers not outcast?
- Looking for a bit of a slower pace of life, is this a place?
I did a bit of research myself, but would really appreciate your input!
