he Moshi Monsters splash down at The National SEA LIFE Centre in Birmingham this summer - and you can win a family pass to join them along with some extra Moshi prizes!

As well as a family pass, each winner will also receive a full set of series 10 Moshi Monsters figures and a Moshi Monsters Gumball Machine which holds over 120 collectible figures, including one exclusive Moshling, courtesy of www.vividtoysandgames.co.uk.

All you have to do is give your answer to the following question, in the thread below:

What's your top tip for a happy day out in Birmingham or Worcestershire with the kids?

Answers in by 9am Friday July 25 please.

Katsuma, Poppet and Monstro City's number one Moshling conservationist, Buster Bumblechops, splash down at the centre this summer holiday and are on a mission to save our amazing marine creatures.

Join in the hunt and search the tanks to find missing marine Moshlings hiding at the underwater attraction in Birmingham. If you’re successful you will unlock Lubber the Whimsical Whale, a brand new Moshling exclusive to SEA LIFE and yours to keep the next time you visit moshimonsters.com.

Visitors also get the chance to swap Moshling collectable figures for favourites and rarities in the Moshling Swap Zone!

The National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham transports visitors to an amazing underwater world, where they get to see incredible sea life from all over the planet, from the coast of Britain and the chilly Antarctic, to the tropical waters of the Caribbean.

The aquarium is home to over 2,000 creatures, including the UK’s only hammerhead sharks, a colony of cheeky Gentoo penguins, a rescued Giant Green Sea Turtle and a trio of Asian Short Clawed Otters.

The Moshi Monsters will be in residence at the National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham from Saturday 19th July to Sunday 31st August.

For further information or to pre-book tickets online before your visit please go to www.SEALIFE.co.uk/birmingham/. Reduced prices are available for tickets booked in advance.

My top tip for a family day out is to relax and enjoy yourself! It's too easy to get stressed out when taking the kids in the city but if you are able to stay calm and take in your surroundings, everyone will have a better day. :)

My top tip would be to take a few secret snacks and activities in your bag to produce at those bored/tired moments!

juss101 · 15/07/2014 21:09

My top tip would be take baby carrier as well as push chair so little ones get a change of view and still have somewhere to put bags, picnic etc

Helsie85 · 15/07/2014 21:34

My top tip is to plan ahead. Make sure you know how to get there, what facilities there are, opening and closing times and any special events. That way everything will hopefully go smoothly and you won't miss anything!

My top tip for a happy day out in Birmingham or Worcestershire with the kids is this: don't expect them to find the same things exciting as you! Take it at their pace and if they'd rather chase stinky pigeons around for half an hour than take in some 'proper' culture or sights, then let them. As long as they're happy, you're happy!

LyppardLovely · 22/07/2014 19:26

My Top Tip would be to go with friends! Little ones love days out, but they're even better when their friends are there too!

BringOnTheScarecrows · 24/07/2014 21:03

My top tip would be to leave plenty of time so you're not in a rush. Set off half an hour earlier than you would without children in tow. Check out the location beforehand to see what other nearby activities there might be to do - for example parks, duck spotting on the canal etc and you can amuse the children before you head into the attraction.
