Any experience of the Kingston BMI Coombe maternity unit?

Hi mums
I'm expecting my first baby and due to previous health concerns am thinking of going private. Kingstons BMI Coombe wing is the closest private maternity hospital to me, but I don't know what it's reputation is like having recently just moved here. Would be so grateful for any of your wisdom, thank you.

I used to work there but it was a while ago and by going private that would mean you would see a consultant when you went in and not just a registrar etc but you would give birth in the normal unit and be transfered to a private room on the wing after...so in the sense of labour maybe ask them questions about if you get better treatment during labour etc but after you may have one to one care as they used to hire in an agency midwife to look after you on the private wing as you may well be the only post natal mum there.
