Oxford Mail article

We're going to be there - seems like one of those things you can't miss. Didcot just won't be the same without them. What do you think?

I've reported my previous response - I meant to start a new thread! Sorry!!

And on the cooling towers...time for it to go!!

Do we know what time on Sunday? And where best (and safe) to view this?!!

dexter73 · 24/06/2014 21:15

It's not this Sunday, it is the 27th July!

dexter73 · 24/06/2014 21:16

Also they aren't letting people know what time it will be demolished as they don't want loads of people turning up (they = Npower). What a bunch of spoilsports!

CookieDoughKid · 24/06/2014 23:46

Oh!! That's a shame!!

Between 3am and 5am, according to this letter: www.southoxon.gov.uk/sites/default/files/Didcot%20Power%20Station%20letter.pdf

So that would be another way to discourage people from turning up!
