GP's near(ish) Wandsworth Park, what do you recommend: Heathbridge, Patel or Putneymead?

We are moving to the area and looking for a GP to register immediatetly since I have a chronic condition. The NHS site suggested Heathbridge Practice, Patel & Partners and Putneymead as the nearest. They all have good and bad reviews, good and bad aspects to be considered, its difficult to decide only based to the website. Any recommendation or comment would be really really important! Thank you!

We use Putneymead and I'm very happy. Since they moved to their new premises last year there seem to be lots of appointments available, the receptionists are nice, they never seem to be running particularly late, and it all goes very smoothly. I like all the doctors that I've met, too, and they are good with the DCs.

Mind you, I've never been to Patel or Heathbridge...

Worth mentioning that they have online booking available for non-emergency appointments (although so far only for the GPs, not the practice nurses) and a pharmacy on the premises. I find both of those factors invaluable (although the other two may well have them too).
