The best places in and around Reading for breastfeeding

More stories have emerged this week of families being refused the right to breastfeed their babies in certain venues. For us, I've 2 children and one was bottle-fed, the other breastfed. For both methods I found John Lewis feeding rooms to be the best in Reading town centre. There are comfy chairs, plenty of room for buggys and private space to feed as comfortable as you can.

The breastfeeding room in Mothercare on Vastern Road is very quiet, nice rocking chairs and peaceful to feed an easily distracted child. The bottle feeding option though is not so pleasant. Sat in the bum change room with some very odorous nappy bins alongside.
